A well-balanced diet can help you acquire the calories and nutrients you need to power your everyday activities, such as exercise. When it comes to health and fitness, exercise and diet always go hand in hand because they are both critical to sustaining optimal health, especially when they work together. In this article, we do not focus on nutrition Since this article is for the gym program. I just wanted to mention nutrition is important as much as exercises
Workout Plan
There’s no need to hunt for difficult activities. They can only hurt you in the beginning. The most important goal you have is to improve your overall physical condition. You need to get your body ready for more difficult workouts.
I do not split into days since it is up to you. So if you go 4–5 times per week split the exercises and organize for those days.
- Bench Press (4–5 sets, 12–15 rep)
2. Incline Bench Press (4–5 sets, 12–15 rep)
3. Dumbbell Fly (4–5 sets, 12–15 rep)
